Notes importantes
- Le nom des colonnes est sensible à la casse, il faut donc bien respecter les noms donnés dans cette page.
- Le contenu des cellules (et aussi les nom de colonnes) peuvent être encapsulés par des ".
Vérification des données importées
- A la fin de l'import, les données importées dans EchoBase sont vérifiées, afin que les données importées soient identiques aux données du fichier texte fourni en entrée.
- Si les données dans le fichier texte et dans la base ne sont pas identiques, un message d'erreur est affiché. Ceci peut provenir de problèmes de format ou de consistence des données d'entrée.
- Afin de détecter ces problèmes, les fichiers texte d'entrée pour chaque import et le fichier "check" correspondant au contenu dans EchoBase sont disponibles dans le dossier "/var/local/echobase/data" du serveur où EchoBase est installé. Fichier d'import = "nomFichierImport-processed.csv" ; Fichier check = "nomFichierImport-checked.csv"
